DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 48 hours using Royal Mail.

Express - 1 to 3 business days
Free shipping applies for all orders over £100.
Shipping for orders under £100 incurs a £4.99 shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following:
All EU territories (European Union) - £19.99 flat rate (2 to 11 business days)
United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States - £25.99 flat rate (3 to 17 business days)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yorkshire Collectables Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer, nor is Yorkshire Collectables Ltd liable for any supplementary costs caused by shipment that are delayed/lost or misrouted.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yorkshirecollectables.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
